Our community group ministry is a driving force here in that it is more than a bible study taking place for an hour each week. Our community groups are centered on engaging in intentional Christian community where we live and how we seek to be a Kingdom presence there. In connecting people to Jesus within community groups, we believe the people of Redeemer will grow more and more in the gospel and their identities as sons and daughters of the King. We trust this Spirit-changing work will ignite a movement of the gospel that changes Indianapolis, spiritually, socially and culturally.

Redeemer Presbyterian Church considers itself to be a co-op church. This means that we employ a skeletal staff and rely on volunteers to power our programs. Not only does this approach allow us to steward well the resources God has given us, but it encourages the church to be an integral part of its ministry.

It is hard in this busy, 21st century life to stay connected and build community. Redeemer seeks to do this through intentional community groups and other in-person methods, but find that a digital network is also helpful. Members and Redeemer attenders can sign up for an account on The City. Events and announcements are posted here and many ministries and volunteer groups communicate with their members this way.
