Meet the Bullers

As we pray about what it means to connect people to Jesus in all stages of life, one hole we saw was how we were ministering to our college-aged students. With that in mind, a committee led by Todd Dawkins, our Pastor of Next Generation Ministries, conducted a search for a college pastor. We’re excited to announce that we have partnered with Coalition for Christian Outreach (CCO) and hired Brandon Buller for college ministry. He will use the next few months raising support before he comes on officially with Redeemer and begins his ministry on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.

Brandon graduated in 2011 from Ball State University with a degree in music technology, and in 2018 from Westminster Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. When asked about the most important thing he learned in college, Brandon said, “I learned that my grades, social life, and future career are all counted as loss compared to the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.” For him, ministry at IUPUI is the best chance to share the knowledge of the Lord with the next generation of the Church.

The Bullers believe that CCO and Redeemer are a perfect partnership for ministry. “I’m grateful to be working for both because each wants to see transformation brought by the body of Christ, on campus and in the city, in one student and in the world.” A piece of this ministry that especially excites them is how they can include members of our congregation in loving and serving the college students in this city. Be on the lookout for how you can be a part of that.

Brandon, Stephanie, and their daughter Louella currently live in Goshen, Indiana while they continue raising support, and hope to be fully supported in order to move to Indianapolis by the start of the Fall semester.
