Bailie Johnson

Executive Assistant

Bailie mainly serves as the Executive Assistant to the lead pastor, Charles. She often serves as his intermediary for scheduling, communication, and assisting with his busy and unique workload. Bailie also works with the whole team, helping with sign-up logistics, room and food reservations, and keeping track of new schedules and policy changes. Bailie received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Texas in Tyler, and a Ministry Leadership certificate from the Highlands College Leadership Institute in Alabama.

That's right, Texas! If you’ve ever wondered why you haven't met Bailie in person, it's because she works entirely remotely from Tyler, where she lives with her husband and their three sons. Together, they enjoy exploring the offerings of Tyler and attending church. During a recent visit, Bailie had a chance to experience some of our fine eateries, but being a Cowboys fan, she couldn't fully relish all that we had to offer.
