Emily enjoys combining her love of theology with her love of pedagogy in formation environments and providing holistic care to those at Redeemer facing difficult circumstances.

Before moving to Indianapolis in 2021, Emily worked at a church in Columbia, Missouri for over a decade and taught in a public school setting. She holds a B.A. in Elementary and Middle School Education from Westminster College, a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri, and a Master of Arts degree in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary.

Emily lives in the Fall Creek Neighborhood with her husband Jeremy and four young children. They enjoy reading on the porch swing, walking to nearby parks, baking and sharing meals with others, and playing board games.
