Advent is a season where two narratives compete for our attention. Too often, our preparation to celebrate the Incarnation is overshadowed by the hustle and bustle of the season.
Redeemer Women invites you to slow down and savor Advent. Read Treasures in the Dark by Katherine Wolf, which features short devotionals on the hope God offers us in the midst of suffering, darkness, and a world still groaning and longing for Christ's second Advent when he will return to make all things new and right once and for all. (A limited number are available for purchase for $13 by contacting Emily, or you can purchase from your favorite bookstore.)
During each gathering, you can enjoy festive food, connection, and discussion with other women on a date/time that works best for you.
Discussions will be held in homes at the following times:
Saturday, December 12, 10-11:30 am (Light Brunch)
Sunday, December 13, 7:30-9 p.m. (Dessert)
Monday, December 14, 7:30-9 p.m. (Dessert)
