Nick Cattin

Nick Cattin grew up in Lafayette, IN. He moved away for a few years after college, but he moved to Indianapolis in 2017. He made his way to Redeemer in 2018 at the encouragement of several friends who were already here. In his time at Redeemer, Nick has come to appreciate our focus on meaningful relationships in community, which he sees most profoundly in the deeper relationships we can develop in community groups.

Nick grew up in a Christian home and came to faith through his church’s high school ministry. He felt blessed to have church leaders who cared about helping him grow in his faith through their teaching and their care for him. Being able to provide that for others is one of the things that drew Nick to the role of elder.

You can often find Nick on a bike ride. The Monon, Fall Creek, and Canal Towpath are some of his favorite local trails. He has a goal to bike in every state. (He’s already biked in 23 of them.) He loves being in nature and is always up for a hike.
