Meet the Hinkles

The Hinkles serve Fremantle, Australia, predominantly in the arts, church planting, and revitalization. Lee and Shannon have been serving in Fremantle for almost 9 years. They have a growing church community and serve the broader area, encouraging leaders and equipping new leaders for ministry. The Hinkles spent ten years at Redeemer before moving to Perth in 2015, and Lee served on staff at Redeemer for the last two years they were in Indianapolis.

Shannon’s ministry has been growing in the past few years with her primary roles as Artist in residence and Creative Liturgist. She also serves by leading worship and training and raising up leaders. She curates liturgical art, creating spaces that spark curiosity and conversation within the church and community. She spends time connecting with all sorts of artists, and leads Artist Way groups and gatherings with creatives for connection, encouragement, and calling out gifting in others.
