Nick serves as the inaugural Executive Director at Redeemer, overseeing the pastoral and staff team and helping leaders implement Redeemer's vision, mission, and values across their ministries. He began attending Redeemer in 2018 and has since taught adult Sunday School and served as an Elder. Before joining staff full time, he was a senior manager at a consulting group helping colleges develop strategies to integrate career success into the student experience. He spent over a decade in higher education at Miami University (OH) in career advising and university administration. He has also worked for Young Life and served part-time on two churches' staffs. Nick holds an undergraduate degree in business and a master's in counseling, both from Indiana University.

A native Hoosier, Nick enjoys spending time with his extended family, particularly visiting them in Colorado, Minnesota, Maine, and off the coast of New Brunswick. Nick loves exploring the White River in his neighborhood of Warfleigh, and bicycling along the Monon, Canal Towpath, and Fall Creek Greenway. He can also be found with other Redeemerites playing trivia around town, making use of otherwise useless facts he has gleaned from reading and his travels.
